WORKING WITH NORTH MOUNTAIN HOMECARE
We will begin buy conducting a initial assessment with the client and family. This assessment can be done over the phone if you prefer or wherever is most convenient .
we will ask a few questions to get familiar with the services that are needed. Once we have determined that North Mountain Homecare is the right fit for you and your care needs ,we will refer caregivers that are able to meet the dates and times you have requested. There are no longterm commitments required to began care .We understand that needs change so we are committed to creating a flexible working relationship.
CAREGIVERS
Each Caregiver undergoes a background check that includes social security trace ,abuse registry check and driving record check. upon completion of back ground check we will conduct a interview and orientation with each caregiver.
We value each employee and in return you will get a caregiver that is committed .
WHAT TO EXPECT ONCE YOU GET STARTED
We will never send a caregiver that you have never met you will meet each one before you first scheduled shift .
If a caregiver is ill or has an emergency we will refer a replacement caregiver to the best of our ability . We will communicate with you and ensure that each party has been made aware of all changes .
