Working With North Mountain Homecare
We will begin by conducting an initial assessment with the client and family. If you prefer, this assessment can be done over the phone or wherever is most convenient.
We will ask a few questions to familiarize ourselves with the needed services. Once we have determined that North Mountain Homecare is the right fit for you and your care needs, we will refer caregivers who can meet the requested dates and times. There are no long-term commitments required to begin care. We understand that needs change, so we are committed to creating a flexible working relationship.
Caregivers
Each Caregiver undergoes a background check that includes a social security trace, an abuse registry check, and a driving record check. Upon completion of background check, we will conduct an interview and orientation with each Caregiver.
We value each employee, and you will get a committed caregiver in return.
What to Expect Once You Get Started
We will never send a caregiver you have never met; you will meet each one before your first scheduled shift.
If a caregiver is ill or has an emergency, we will refer a replacement caregiver to the best of our ability. We will communicate with you and ensure each party knows all changes.
